Realme XT Specifications and features

Realme XT Specifications and features

There is no Pop-up camera mechanism in this phone like the Realme X. This phone has a 6.39 inches large display with the water-drop notch design. The Super-AMOLED display is used in this phone, which will surely impress you with its contrast and colors. The display is FHD+ and the display resolution is 1080×2340 Pixels, which gives you an aspect ratio of 21:9. The pixel density is 402 PPi and this display is protected by the latest Corning Gorilla Glass 5.

You will get the Android 9 Pie with Color OS 6 out-of-the-box but the company has confirmed Android 10 update for this phone in some upcoming months and according to me, this will get Android 10 update in Q1 2020. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 Octa-core processor is used in this phone with the 2.3 GHz max clock speed. Adreno 616 GPU will handle the games with ease. I have already told you about the RAM and storage variants and you can expand this phone’s memory up to 256 GB via a dedicated memory card slot.

The cameras are the main highlight of this phone. The Quad-camera setup is used in this phone like Realme 5 Pro. You will get the 64+8+2+2 MP camera sensors on the rear side. The 64 MP is the main sensor and it is a Samsung GW1 Sensor, which comes with f/1.8 aperture. The 8 MP is the ultra-wide sensor with f/2.25 aperture. The 2 MP sensor will measure the depth with f/2.4 and another sensor will capture the macro-shots with f/2.4.

The rear cameras are capable to record 4K videos at 30 FPS, 1080P Videos at 120 FPS, and 720P videos at 960 FPS. The 16 MP is a front sensor and it comes with f/2.0 aperture and this can record 1080P videos.

Is pricing good according to the Realme XT features and specifications?

Now the verdict time! So, this phone has a good display and this display is impressive for the pricing because of the Super-AMOLED Display panel and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The phone has been launched with the Android 9 Pie and Android 10 is already confirmed for this phone, which is good.

You will surely love this phone’s performance because of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 712 Octa-core processor. The RAM and storage variants are decent and I think you should ignore the 6 GB RAM variant.

The 64 MP sensor Quad-camera setup is the main USP of this phone at this pricing and it will surely deliver you good shots, but if you are looking a phone for the cameras then you can ignore this. Yes, you can ignore this phone for the camera shots. Why am I saying to ignore this phone for the camera? So simple, because of the over-saturation. The Realme always uses oversaturated colors in their phones and this won’t give you natural colors.

If you like oversaturated colors then good, but if you like natural colors then this phone can irritate you after some time, so, think before buy. I am giving the pick to this phone and you can consider this! You can comment below to tell me, is Realme XT can beat the Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro? I will wait for your comments! Thank you!
